Changing your listing
Your listings are on the Services page in the sidebar. On some of our sites that page is called “Consultations” or “Engagements”. Click a listing's card to change it. Where you work and what you charge change straight away. Everything else is checked by our team first, and your listing stays online as it was until then.
What changes at once, and what is reviewed
At once: the Location step (online or in person, country, city, venues) and the Pricing step (currency, session lengths and prices, the free intro session). Where consultations are free, the Free consultation step replaces Pricing and also changes at once.
After review: the first step (what you offer and the languages you offer it in), Description (the title and the texts) and Video.
Changing a live listing
Click the listing's card. The editor opens on the first step with your current details filled in.
Go through the steps with Next. Each step is saved when you press Next: if you close the editor, the steps you have passed are kept and changes on the one you are on are lost.
On Location and Pricing, a note says your changes go live right away. They do, as soon as you press Next.
On the last step, Confirm, press Submit for Review. If you only changed location or prices, there is nothing to submit, and the step says Your changes are already live.
Until your changes are approved, visitors see the listing as it was. Once they are, they replace it, and the listing keeps its address, its reviews and its bookings. If you changed the text, the new version is also translated into the other languages your listing is shown in before it goes live.
A paused listing is changed the same way, and stays paused until you unpause it.
Changing your prices
New prices apply to new bookings. Sessions already booked, and booking requests already sent to you, keep the price they were made at.
Every session length you select needs a price, and a live listing needs a currency and at least one session length.
Following your changes
While changes are waiting, a line on the listing's card says where they are:
Draft changes: saved but not sent. Nobody reviews them until you open the listing, go through to Confirm and press Submit for Review.
Changes pending review: our team is checking them.
Changes need attention: they were sent back to you after review. Open the listing, adjust them and submit them again. If it is not clear what to change, write to us from Help & Support, on the Support tab.
Once your changes are approved, the line goes away and they are live.
While changes are under review
A listing with changes under review cannot be edited at all, prices and location included: opening it only shows Under Review. If a new price or place cannot wait, discard the pending changes, make that change, then redo the others and submit them again.
Discarding changes
Discard changes, the curved arrow on the listing's card, throws away the changes waiting for review, whether they are a draft, under review or sent back. Your live listing stays exactly as it is. Location and price changes are not undone, because they were already live: change them back in the editor if you need to.
Listings that are not live yet
A listing that has never been approved is reviewed as a whole, prices included, each time you submit it:
Draft: click the card to carry on where you left off.
Pending Review: it cannot be changed until the review is done.
Changes Requested: the reviewer's note is on the card. Click the card, make the changes and press Submit for Review again.
Offering something new alongside it
To offer another subject or another language without touching this listing, use Duplicate & Edit, the two overlapping squares on its card. It copies the listing into a new draft, which is reviewed as a new listing when you submit it.
