Anyone may sign up as a student or a tutor. Tutors must go through an approval process before publishing lessons. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Platform Use

By using Clasora, you agree to: 1. Provide accurate and truthful information. 2. Not post or share offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. 3. Not use the platform to spam, harass, or solicit users. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content or messages that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

4. Communication Between Users

Students may contact tutors via Clasora’s internal messaging system or through external contact information provided by tutors. Users are permitted to communicate outside the platform. Clasora does not verify or guarantee any lesson quality, tutor behavior, or communication between users.

5. Payments and Fees

Clasora does not process payments, and does not charge tutors or students. All transactions, refunds, and payment issues are handled directly between tutors and students. Clasora is not liable for any disputes arising from payments or lesson delivery.

6. Content Submission

Tutors may submit: 1. A profile photo. 2. A video presentation. 3. Descriptions of their lessons. By uploading content, you grant Clasora the right to display and distribute it on the Platform. You must only upload content you have the right to use and that complies with applicable laws and standards.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Students may leave reviews for tutors after lessons. Clasora may remove reviews that are inappropriate, spam, or violate our policies.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Clasora collects only the data necessary to operate the platform. No marketing emails are sent. Only system notifications and feature updates may be delivered. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clasora is a neutral platform and is not responsible for: 1. The quality, accuracy, or outcome of any lesson or communication. 2. Actions or conduct of any users on or off the platform. 3. Any financial transactions between tutors and students. You use Clasora at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation or mediation, and not through formal court proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify users via the platform or email. Continued use of Clasora after changes means you accept the new terms.
