This helps both me and my students stay focused on what we need to achieve. From there, I design activities that incorporate a mix of direct instruction, collaborative work, and hands-on experiences. I'm a big believer in differentiation, so I always try to include various ways for students to engage with the material, whether it's through visual aids, group discussions, or individual practice. My goal is to ensure every student feels supported and challenged.

My teaching style is centered around student-led discovery and active participation. I love to facilitate discussions and encourage students to ask questions, explore ideas, and make connections. I aim to create a classroom where students feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes, and learning from them. I also highly value feedback, both from me to students and from students to me, as it's crucial for growth and improvement.
