Online conversation lessons in Belgrade

In Belgrade you do not have to pay to practise a language, because the city has language exchange evenings and clubs at cultural centres. What those cost is not money but an evening: you leave the house, cross half the city, sit for two hours and get back late. Anyone who goes regularly finds out quickly that nothing else fits into the same week. This is where a call does what a room cannot. The meetup has to be in the city, that is the whole point of it, but the lesson does not have to be anywhere. Held from home it costs forty five minutes instead of an evening, so the two stop competing. You keep the quantity the meetups give you and add the corrections nobody there will say out loud. So the schedule is the only reason that holds here. It is not that Belgrade lacks people; it has more than anywhere. It is that a week has a limited number of evenings and you want both things in it. It is fair to say when this argument means nothing to you. If you do not go to any meetups and do not intend to, then none of it applies, and you should pick a lesson on whatever suits you, in a room or on a call, it makes no difference. At the free first lesson, say where and how much you speak outside lessons, and ask to be interrupted. If nobody interrupts you for the whole session, that is the same as a free meetup, except that you paid for it.
