I have spent over 20 years in the IT industry primarily working on databases.
I started out on AS/400s and from there have worked on Oracle, Access and MS SQL Server.
With all of these back end systems I have designed, coded and maintained several Windows and Web based interfaces using Visual Basic versions 4-6 and VB.Net and C#.Net. A lot of these developments were custom built ETL Solutions and tasks/routines.
