Online maths tutoring in Serbia

If you live in Belgrade the choice of maths tutors is wide anyway. It is outside the two largest cities that this actually changes something. In a small town there is often one person who gives lessons and that is the whole market, while the tutor who has drilled the entrance paper for a particular engineering faculty for years, or who can carry a child through competition problems, may be three hours away by bus. Video removes that distance completely, so a student in a village gets the same shortlist as one in the centre of Belgrade. The work itself is unchanged: the primary and secondary syllabus, the mala matura, entrance exam preparation, and harder problems for anyone who wants them. A shared whiteboard also happens to suit maths better than a notebook. A free first lesson is normal, and evening slots go first.
