I help students get to grips with math without rote memorizing or filler. I tailor lessons to each student's level and goals, from closing gaps and homework help to prepping for tests, exams and more advanced university level math.
In lessons we go over theory, work through problems and focus specifically on the topics that are giving trouble. I can help with school math, exam and test prep, as well as university level math. I pick problems suited to the student's level and try to bring each topic to full understanding, so they can go on to solve things independently.
About me
I'm a third year student at the Faculty of Computer Science at HSE University, majoring in Applied Mathematics and Informatics. I can help with school and university math, physics, prepping for tests, exams and retakes, or simply if you want to dig deeper into the material, close gaps and work through difficult topics from scratch. In math I also cover higher mathematics and university level subjects, going through theory, standard problem types and homework. I can also help with school chemistry, I was a winner of the Presidential Chemistry Olympiad. I also do drawing, I graduated from art school with honors, so I can help with everything from basic skills to more confident technique. In lessons I try to first understand exactly where the difficulty lies, and only then build up the explanation. What matters to me is that the student doesn't just memorize a solution but truly understands the material and can apply it on their own afterward. I explain things calmly, clearly and without unnecessary filler, adapting to each student's level, pace and goal.
