Learn Slovenian online with Andrej

If you're interested in learning Slovenian, studying, or life in Slovenia in general, I'm here to help make the journey, new acquaintances and all sorts of opportunities much easier with a good grasp of the language! We'll go through material that helped me a lot in perfecting the language myself, but with the biggest focus on relaxed, practical conversation. On top of that, we can happily go through all sorts of questions that come to mind, from the language in its formal and spoken forms, to similarities between languages, as well as tips on how to best settle into a new environment and what opportunities Slovenia offers in different cities, from studying to working! Classes are held online, and we can always talk in Serbo-Croatian or English, gradually shifting more and more into Slovenian as we go! I'm Andrej and I'm currently studying in Slovenia, finishing my 2nd year at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. Just before starting my second year of high school, I moved to Maribor in Slovenia, where I finished gimnazija attending all subjects in Slovenian and passing my matura exam, through which I reached a B2 level of Slovenian. My path then led me to Ljubljana, where I'm building on my knowledge of the language at university, which will be of great importance for my potential career here. I'm a cheerful and generous person, and I'm here to share plenty of tips and experiences from language learning!
