Preparation for IELTS test

IELTS is scored in bands rather than passed or failed, so the first thing to settle is the band you actually need and how far away it is. A full practice test gives that answer, and the work is then aimed at the part holding your overall score down, which for most people is Writing Task 2. Lessons cover Academic and General Training, including the data description that only Academic candidates face. Speaking is rehearsed to the real timings, with feedback on fluency, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation separately, the way the examiner scores it.
