For schools, tutoring centres and teams
Create an organization, bring your teachers in, and let each of them publish, take bookings and teach. The organization carries your verified name, address and contact details, so people can see who they are dealing with.
There is no commission, no subscription and no price per person. Adding a colleague costs nothing.
In short
- One organization, with owners and members you invite by email.
- A verified identity: registered name, address, contact email and phone.
- Your own website can take the bookings, through an embedded scheduler.
- No commission, no subscription and no charge per member.
- Every member gets the whole platform: calendar, video, chat, files, payouts.
Your team, in one account
An organization groups the people who work with you, without taking anything away from them.
- Invite by email. The invite waits until they accept it.
- Two roles: owners, who invite and manage, and members, who teach.
- Promote a member to owner, or step someone down, whenever you need to.
- Remove someone who leaves. Their past sessions and messages stay where they are.
- Every member keeps their own listings, their own calendar and their own reviews.
A name people can check
An organization is not a display name. It is a business record, and we go through it before it is public.
- Registered legal name, the name you trade under, and the full registered address.
- A contact email and phone, each confirmed with a code before the record is accepted.
- Your registration or tax number, and your website.
- A logo, reviewed like every other image we publish.
- A moderator reads the record before it goes public, and reads it again after any change to those details.
Bookings on your own website
You already have a site people arrive on. The scheduler goes there, so nobody has to be sent somewhere else to book.
- Paste one snippet into your page and the scheduler appears on it.
- Visitors pick a time and book without leaving your site.
- Only the domains you list may load it, so nobody else can put your calendar on their page.
- It follows the language of the page around it, or you pin it to one.
- Same booking, same calendar, same rules as everywhere else.
The scheduler belongs to a person rather than to the organization, so each teacher embeds their own on the page that is about them.
What it costs
Nothing to create, nothing per member, and no share of what your team earns.
There is no subscription and no price per person. A teacher who joins your organization is on the same terms as one who joined alone: they publish for free and keep what they charge.
Where a lesson is paid for online, the money goes to the person who taught it, through their own Stripe or Payoneer account. Nothing is held by the organization, and nothing is held by us.
What each member gets
The whole platform, per person, with nothing switched off because they joined a team.
- A public listing page with prices, levels, languages and reviews.
- An availability calendar with notice periods, gaps between sessions and Google Calendar.
- Video lessons in the browser, with screen sharing and a waiting room.
- Messaging, file sharing and a file area of their own.
- Payouts through Stripe, or Payoneer where Stripe does not reach.
Security and privacy
The part a school has to answer for.
- Names, email addresses and phone numbers are encrypted in the database.
- Two-factor sign-in and passkeys, for each person.
- Profile photos, logos and listings are checked before they go live.
- Reported messages reach a moderator, and any account can be exported or deleted.
Questions institutions ask
What does an organization cost?
Nothing. There is no subscription, no price per member and no commission on what your team earns.
Do my teachers need their own accounts?
Yes, and that is the point. Each of them has their own listings, calendar and reviews. The organization groups them, it does not replace them.
Can bookings happen on our own website?
Yes. The scheduler embeds on any domain you allow, and those bookings land in the same calendar as the rest.
How do you verify us?
From the record you submit: legal name, registered address, a contact email and phone you confirm with a code, and your registration number. A moderator reads it before it is public.
What happens when someone leaves?
An owner removes them. Their past sessions, messages and reviews stay where they are, and they keep their own account.
Who can invite people?
Owners. A member teaches and takes bookings; inviting, promoting and removing are the owner's to do.
