Russian

I am a teacher of Russian as a foreign language with over 10 years of experience. I live in Denmark, and most of my students are Danes, although I also teach international learners from around the world. My lessons are built around a clear and structured approach to grammar — I focus on making even complex grammatical topics easy to understand and apply in real communication. At the same time, I believe that learning a language means discovering a new culture. That’s why my classes go far beyond grammar and vocabulary: we explore Russian traditions, history, and everyday life through authentic texts, dialogues, and cultural insights. By education, I am a historian and scholar of religion, which allows me to bring a deep cultural and historical perspective into every lesson. My students don’t just learn to speak Russian — they learn to think in Russian and understand the world behind the language.
