Hi! I'm Jelena, a language tutor from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I offer personalised online Russian lessons for beginners and learners who want to improve their speaking skills. My teaching approach focuses on practical communication from the very beginning. We will learn useful vocabulary, everyday expressions, pronunciation and essential grammar through examples and situations you can apply in real life. Rather than memorising rules without context, you will learn how to use Russian naturally and confidently. Every lesson is tailored to your individual level, goals, interests and learning pace. Whether you want to learn Russian for personal interest, travelling, studies or everyday communication, we will work towards your specific goals. Lessons are conducted in English, so you don't need any previous knowledge of Russian. During our first lesson, we will discuss your goals, assess your level and establish a learning plan that works best for you. My goal is to make learning Russian enjoyable, practical and encouraging, while helping you make steady progress and start speaking as early as possible. I have one year of experience teaching languages online, mainly working with children. My lessons are adapted to each student's individual needs, level, interests and learning pace. My teaching approach combines practical conversation, clear grammar explanations and personalised learning materials. I focus on helping students use the language in real-life situations from the very beginning, rather than simply memorising vocabulary and grammar rules. I aim to create a relaxed and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and practising their speaking skills. Each lesson is designed to help students build confidence, make steady progress and enjoy learning Serbian or Russian.
