About me
Hello! My name is Mako, and I'm a native Japanese speaker from Tokyo, Japan! 🇯🇵 I have 10 years of experience working as an elementary school teacher in Japan. During that time, I taught children with different personalities, abilities, and learning styles. Through my teaching experience, I've learned that every student is unique. Some students learn best through conversation, while others prefer pictures, games, or step-by-step explanations. That's why I always try to create lessons that match each student's needs, interests, and learning pace. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and supportive. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and trying new things. I especially enjoy helping beginners build confidence and discover the joy of communicating in Japanese. I also love traveling and learning about different cultures, so I'm always excited to meet students from around the world! Whether you're learning Japanese for travel, everyday conversation, or personal interest, I'd be happy to support your learning journey. Let's enjoy learning Japanese together! 🌸
