I'll teach you living Japanese and help you prepare for the international JLPT exam! In my lessons we won't just study grammar and memorise new words, we'll also learn to use Japanese in real life. Depending on your goals and level, we'll work on: - Learning Japanese from scratch (hiragana, katakana, kanji, basic grammar). - Developing spoken Japanese and listening comprehension. - Preparing for the international JLPT exam (N5 to N3). - Learning everyday expressions and natural Japanese that native speakers actually use. - Getting to know Japanese culture, communication styles and life in Japan. The lesson programme is tailored individually to your goals, interests and pace of learning.
About me
Hello! I'm a student at the University of Tsukuba in Japan and a graduate of Sendagaya Japanese Language College. I've been living in Japan for 4 years now and hold the international JLPT N2 certificate! Living in Japan has let me get to know not just academic Japanese, but also the living spoken language, culture and the subtleties of everyday communication. In my lessons I want to share not only the knowledge I've gained over my years of study, but also personal experience, useful tips and the finer points of Japanese that you won't always find in textbooks!
